We want you to feel completely comfortable booking a consultation. This policy explains exactly what happens if your plans change.
Cancelling a consultation
More than 24 hours before your session: full refund, or move to another time free of charge.
Less than 24 hours before: you can move your session once at no cost.
If we cancel or cannot attend: you will receive a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.
If something goes wrong
If a session does not take place because of a technical problem on our side, or you are unhappy with how it was handled, contact us within 7 days and we will offer a free follow-up or a refund.
What fees cover
Fees pay for the scholar’s time and preparation. Religious guidance does not come with a promise of any particular result, so refunds are not given on the basis of an outcome.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. To request one, message us on WhatsApp (+1 757 908 4202) with your name and booking date.
