Who we are
This website is run by Professor Zameer Hassan (“we”, “us”). Contact: WhatsApp (+1 757 908 4202).
What we collect
Questions, consultation requests and contact messages: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (if you give it), and what you write to us.
Membership requests and member accounts: your name, email, phone (optional), city, and whether you choose to appear in the members’ directory. Because membership of a religious community can reveal religious belief, we only process it with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Technical data: the server records your IP address briefly to protect our forms from spam. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for consent where required.
Why we use it
To answer your question, arrange and deliver consultations, manage the members’ area, and reply to your messages. We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.
If you allow it, a question may be answered publicly on this website with all identifying details removed.
How long we keep it
Messages and requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Member accounts are kept until you ask us to close them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp (+1 757 908 4202). If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); elsewhere, to your local data-protection authority.
Embedded content
Lecture videos are embedded from YouTube. When you play one, YouTube may collect data under its own privacy policy.
